Established on 20th March 1995 as an independent workshop for the production and sales of wafer sheets.
Since July 2002, we have started the production of the BALKANINA Wafer sheets, aiming to maintain maximum quality and launch a product that will be competative on both domestic and exporting markets.
The emphasis is on the ingredients: wheat flour, vegetable oil, soya (lecitine), and baking soda with these ingredients, our wafer sheets are a dietic and macrobiotic product, without added sugar and salt.
We also offer fat-free (fasting) wafer sheets, with a different recepie for various fasting cakes. With fasting wafer sheets it is easy to make all kinds of non-fasting cakes, whereas it is impossible to make fasting ones with wafer sheets that are not fasting.
Since 2003, DEA started with production of BALKANINA Small Wafer Cornets, both un-colored (natural) and colored with food natural colors (yellow, pink, caramel and green). |
